The reason Sonos works so flawlessly all over the house is because we designed a complete multi-room music system from the ground up. From the flexibility of our ZonePlayers to the ubiquity of our Controllers, no other company gets multi-room music like we do. Our system lets you play the same song in every room with perfect synchronicity. Or you can play different songs in different rooms and please everyone in the house.

How to Build Your Sonos SystemB>
Start with a Sonos BU130 Digital Music System Bundle. Once you’ve added the basic bundle, you can add more pieces to connect as many rooms in your house as you want (up to 32 rooms). The ZP100 add on has a built-in amplifier and is perfect for adding rooms that don’t already have an amplified stereo system. The ZP80 Add-On player is not amplified, and is best for adding rooms in your house that have their own amplified stereo system already. For each ZP100 you add, you’ll also want to add speakers for that room. Sonos makes some good speakers, but any speakers you want will work. If you’re adding several rooms of your house to your system, you may want to add an additional control and cradle to add controls to some rooms as well. From this page you can build a complete Sonos system for your home and add it to your Amazon.com shopping cart all at once. For more details on Sonos products, click through to the detail pages for any of the products you see listed here.

The Sonos ZoneBridge 100 makes setting up your wireless Sonos system wonderfully fast... and easy. Just connect a ZoneBridge to your router to instantly activate SonosNet, secure wireless mesh network. Now all your ZonePlayers and Controllers will work wirelessly and can be placed anywhere in your house. Although the ZoneBridge doesn't play music like the ZonePlayer, it's incredibly cost effective when it comes to extending the range of your Sonos system and expanding the Controller's wireless coverage. Plus, it's great for connecting other products to the Internet.

Built around a solid and well-specified receiver, the HT-S7200 has earned its place at the top of Onkyo’s 2009 range of receiver/speaker packages. With five HDMI™ 1.3a inputs, the receiver is fully equipped to handle multiple sources carrying high-def 1080p video and HD audio from Dolby and DTS. The system also handles Dolby Pro Logic IIz, which adds a spacious new vertical dimension to movie and game soundtracks. Connected component- or composite-video sources can be upscaled to 1080i and deinterlaced via Faroudja DCDi Edge™ to eliminate unwanted artifacts. Meanwhile, sophisticated Audyssey technologies work to optimize volume levels and adjust the sound stage to suit your room’s acoustics. Further convenience is provided by a Universal Port, which enables one-cable connection of the included Dock for the iPod or Onkyo’s optional HD Radio™ tuner. The highlight of the well-balanced speaker package is a pair of floor-standing, dual-drive tallboys that deliver a fuller mid-range while making a sleek visual statement.

Opting for the convenience of packaged home theater doesn’t mean you have to compromise on quality. With the new HT-S6200 receiver/speaker package, you get advanced A/V processing and amplification with the Onkyo stamp of reliability. The receiver’s four HDMI™ 1.3a inputs handle 1080p video as well as high-definition surround-sound codecs by DTS and Dolby. Compatibility with Dolby Pro Logic IIz gives you the option of incorporating front height channels into your home theater set-up. Meanwhile, onboard Audyssey equalization and volume technologies adapt the soundstage to the dimensions of your room and maintain clarity at different loudness levels. A proprietary Universal Port allows single-cable connection of the included Dock for the iPod or an optional Onkyo HD Radio™ tuner. Low-end frequencies are handled by a 290 W powered subwoofer, while seven finely matched surround-sound speakers ensure that, whatever playback component you hook up, the HT-S6200 will deliver a fully immersive home theater experience.
